Position: Anesthesia Assistant Professional * **Salary:** MXN $12,000 – $18,000 gross per month (depending on experience, profile, and level of responsibility) * **Employment Scheme:** 100% formal payroll * **Benefits:** As mandated by law Available Shifts: * Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM * Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM * Night (Tertiary): 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM * *Work schedule is Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week.* Work Location: Assigned Hospital \- Morelia. Main Responsibilities (by level): * Supervise and accompany operational staff to ensure hospital efficiency. * Ensure proper functioning of anesthesia and monitoring equipment. * Assist the anesthesiologist during procedures, ensuring availability of supplies and continuous support. * Manage inventories of medications, materials, and equipment. * Document incidents, maintain logs, and ensure compliance with institutional policies. * Maintain strategic communication with physicians and clients. Required Profile: * Bachelor’s degree candidates (near graduation). * Desired experience in healthcare, service, or nursing sectors (not mandatory for entry-level positions). * Knowledge of patient care and anesthesia equipment. * Skills: leadership, service orientation, teamwork, attention to detail, effective communication.
