General mechanics Automotive mechanics: diesel and gasoline. ***Position Mission:*** Lead the technical execution of the Mechanical Workshop by assigning tasks among operational staff, supervising work quality, and ensuring adherence to timelines, policies, and safety measures through timely diagnostics, resolution of mechanical failures, and technical team development. ***Key Responsibilities:*** \- Assign technical tasks among mechanics and assistants, considering their skills, task complexity, and operational priorities. \- Supervise the proper execution of assigned tasks through direct review and technical support when required. \- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance, organizing resources and reporting incidents. \- Diagnose complex mechanical failures in vehicles and report them to the Workshop Supervisor. \- Forward budget preparation requests for diagnostics and repairs to the Workshop Supervisor, identifying technical needs during vehicle inspections and coordinating with mechanical staff to gather required information. \- Verify compliance with workshop procedures and safety standards through periodic inspections and correction of deviations. \- Support the Workshop Supervisor, as required, in administering and evaluating practical driving tests for active drivers and applicants, assisting in on-site testing and supervising basic maneuvers to ensure candidates possess the required skills. ***Schedule:*** Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–2 PM ***Mandatory Requirement:*** Class A or C driver’s license **Work Location:** Address: Parcela 159\-P1, Ejido Jaripitio, 36810 Irapuato, Gto Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: Up to $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
