Meeting delivery deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction **Job Description** Drive from the HUB along local routes in the vehicle assigned by AutoZone to cover daily delivery routes from the HUB, delivering merchandise to commercial customers, ensuring timely pickup and delivery of merchandise, and complying with established policies for use of the assigned vehicle to guarantee customer satisfaction **Responsibilities** * Deliver merchandise on local routes to commercial customers, meeting delivery deadlines promptly by operating the assigned vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales closure with AutoZone’s commercial customers. * Provide support at the sales counter within the Commercial Program module by assisting in-person or telephone customers to clarify questions regarding product availability, specifications, or functionality. * Complete the vehicle inspection checklist accurately by properly filling out the logbook. * Report and follow up on vehicle incidents with the Commercial Manager. * Process cash collections against invoices and credit card transactions correctly to support the product delivery process and sales closure. * **Requirements** * Completed high school education * One or two years of experience * Prior experience as a driver of any type of vehicle * Valid driver’s license * Must be at least 21 years old * Experience driving standard vehicles (e.g., Spark) AutoZone de México is the leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
