Collaborate with the primary driver and manage delivery documentation. ### **Delivery Assistant / Distribution Assistant (Operation of 3.5-Ton Vehicles with Air Brake Systems)** Join our logistics team! We are looking for a proactive and responsible Delivery Assistant with experience operating delivery vehicles. If you hold a valid Class B driver’s license and are passionate about teamwork and customer service, we want you! **Essential Requirements** * Driver’s License: Valid Class B Driver’s License issued by any Mexican state (except Guerrero). Note: The license must be authentic and verifiable. * Proven Driving Experience: Minimum of 1 year driving trucks, vans, or vehicles of 3.5 tons or more. * Physical Effort: Availability and physical fitness to perform continuous loading and unloading of heavy cargo. * Schedule Availability: Full-time availability, including flexible working hours. * Education: Minimum completed secondary education. * Skills: Customer orientation, teamwork, and commitment to road safety. **Primary Responsibilities and Functions** The Delivery Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring our products reach customers on time and in perfect condition. * Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading, securing, and unloading cargo from 3.5-ton vehicles at the start and end of routes, as well as at delivery points. * Safe Operation: Safely and efficiently operate the delivery vehicle (3.5 tons or more) when required, complying with traffic regulations. * Delivery and Customer Service: Deliver goods to customers’ homes/businesses, verifying that items match the invoice and obtaining signed proof of receipt. * Logistics Support: Collaborate with the primary driver in route review, product counting, and vehicle cleaning. * Document Handling: Assist in managing delivery manifests, invoices, and payment receipts. **We Offer** * Competitive salary (paid weekly). * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation, etc.). * Additional benefits (Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Uniforms, etc.). * Direct employment with the company. * Ongoing training and opportunities for growth within the Logistics/Distribution department.
