Job Summary: Coordinate, administer, and generate production of information for the contracts and estimates area on site, preparing generators, estimates, and final settlements for civil works. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and administration of contract and estimation information. 2. Preparation of generators, estimates, and final settlements for civil works. 3. Become part of CAPISA. VACANCY: TECHNICAL RESIDENT Job Objective: Coordinate, administer, and generate production of information for the contracts and estimates area on site. Requirements: CIVIL ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT, DEGREE HOLDER MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN COST ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE IN TOPOGRAPHY AND EARTHWORKS, PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN GENERATORS AND ESTIMATES FOR CIVIL WORKS Functions and Responsibilities: * Review topographic information received * Prepare generators and estimates * Prepare requests for escalations * Prepare cumulative estimates * Prepare official letters * Prepare construction rescheduling * Prepare and request unit prices outside the contract * Review and reconcile submitted estimates with the client * Track the estimate approval process * Prepare final settlements for civil works * Daily reports What We Offer: * Base Salary * Statutory Benefits * Camp Accommodation * Meals * Per Diems NOTE: Please attach your CV through this channel.
