Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring quality in civil engineering projects, from planning through execution, supervising processes and materials to guarantee technical standards and profitability. Manage documentation and audits for traceability Requirements: Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree Experience: Quality control in construction projects, management system implementation, and construction supervision. Experience in CIVIL WORKS (NOT highways and bridges) Competencies: Proficiency in Office and ERP systems, construction scheduling, protocol release control. Responsibilities: Plan and ensure quality from the project's initial stage. Participate from the project kickoff as a preventive technical filter. Validate as-built drawings. Perform cross-review of budget, catalog, and construction schedule. Establish quality control standards and technical tolerances. Control specifications during execution. · Control technical quality during execution Supervise that construction processes comply with drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations. Validate materials, certifications, and technical specifications. Coordinate and supervise laboratory tests (concrete, compaction, installations, etc.). Identify technical deviations and prevent failures before they occur. · Integrate quality control with project profitability Technically validate line items prior to estimation releases. Identify non-billable work or work executed outside specifications. Control change orders and their technical-financial impact. · Manage documentation, audits, and traceability Prepare for and attend internal and external audits. Control inspection records, test results, and technical validations. Guarantee documentary traceability of the project. · Ensure implementation of the 3C/2S Model on site Commitment: Strict adherence to specifications. Awareness: Anticipation of technical risks. Consistency: Disciplined and systematic follow-up. Safety: Zero structural improvisations. Service: Impeccable technical deliverables to the client. · Promote quality culture and philosophy Promote training on technical standards.
