Preparation of executive reports and monitoring of performance indicators UNIVERSIDAD INSURGENTES We Are Seeking Infrastructure Projects Coordinator **Requirements:** ** Age:** 30 to 45 years old **Education:**  Architect, Industrial Engineer or Civil Engineer **Knowledge:**  Masonry supervision  Electrical supervision  Plumbing, painting, general repairs, office cleaning, and restroom maintenance supervision.  Excellent customer service orientation  Strong sense of urgency  Disciplined  Punctual, honest, proactive  Teamwork skills  AutoCAD proficiency (70%)  Experience in space design.  Cost and budget management.  Unit price management  Knowledge of civil works **Skills:**  Personnel management  Frustration tolerance  Ability to work under pressure  Proactive attitude **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in the field **Responsibilities:** Preparation of executive reports and monitoring of administrative performance indicators; project administration including quotations, contracts, concessions, general services, supervision, and administration of preventive and corrective maintenance programs; personnel management and preparation of facility reports for Universidad Insurgentes campuses. The candidate will spend most of their time visiting Universidad Insurgentes campuses to address infrastructure requirements. **We Offer:** ** Salary:** $15,000 monthly (gross salary)  Statutory benefits ** Working Hours:** 09:00–19:00 Monday to Friday, and half-day on Saturdays
