You will provide support to the department's daily operations, ensuring smooth communication between different teams and fostering a culture of genuine, efficient, and personalized service. Your mission will be to coordinate and supervise the Royal Service team, ensuring that every request, call, and message is handled with the highest standards of luxury, courtesy, and efficiency. You will play a key role in continuous service improvement and in creating memorable experiences that strengthen our guests' loyalty. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the daily operations of the Royal Service area, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality, service, and protocol standards. * Promote effective communication among all departments to ensure quick and accurate responses to guest requests. * Monitor, follow up, and ensure proper handling of phone calls, messages, and requests through hotel systems. * Ensure timely resolution of complaints and areas for improvement, guiding and supporting the team to turn every situation into a positive experience. * Foster a collaborative, motivating work environment focused on continuous improvement. * Analyze department performance indicators and propose strategies to optimize processes and increase guest satisfaction. * Provide support in training, monitoring, and developing the Royal Service team. * Participate in planning and executing initiatives aimed at service excellence and guest satisfaction. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. * Proven experience in luxury hotels (5 Diamond category or equivalent). * Advanced English (spoken and written). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proactive leadership, positive attitude, and focus on teamwork. * Passion for service, creativity, empathy, and enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences.
