**Profile: Construction Supervisor – Special Systems** **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Construction Supervisor for Special Systems** with experience in coordinating, supervising, and executing projects related to electronic security systems, voice and data, automation and control. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring fieldwork is carried out according to drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and timelines established by the company and client. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the proper installation of special systems (CCTV, access control, fire detection, voice and data, audio and automation). * Coordinate technical staff and subcontractors on site. * Verify physical progress and report to the Project Manager. * Ensure compliance with site safety and hygiene regulations. * Review drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications. * Manage assigned materials, tools, and equipment. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and project closeout documentation. * Ensure installation quality and system commissioning. * Act as a liaison between engineering, procurement, and the client on technical matters. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or engineering in Electronics, Systems, Telecommunications, Electrical, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising special systems projects. * Solid knowledge of installation and configuration of: CCTV, access control, fire detection, voice and data networks, audio and automation. * Proficiency in reading drawings using **AutoCAD/Revit** (desirable). * Basic knowledge of construction site safety and hygiene regulations. * Willingness to travel and work on-site. * Experience with reporting and progress tracking. **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and team management. * Organization and activity planning. * Effective communication with clients and internal teams. * Results-oriented and problem-solving mindset. * Commitment to quality and safety. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Ongoing training in new technologies. * Career growth opportunities in large-scale projects.
