We are currently seeking a **Human Resources and Quality Analyst** to cover a maternity leave for a period of **4 months.** If you are an organized, proactive individual with a results-oriented mindset, we are looking for you! **Job Objective** Comprehensively manage Human Resources processes and support quality audits and systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. **Essential Requirements** * Minimum of **5 years of experience in Human Resources** * Experience in: Recruitment and selection, Training, Payroll calculation (*CONTPAQ knowledge preferred*), development of operational manuals, and conducting Quality Audits. * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, International Business, or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency. Competencies: Proactivity, Initiative, Organization, Excellent service attitude, and results orientation. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes * Coordinate and monitor training programs * Support payroll calculation and control * Conduct Quality Audits and update existing processes. * Ensure proper personnel administration. * Serve internal clients.
