Employee Services Supervisor

We are seeking an Employee Services Supervisor for our Majestic Resorts Costa Mujeres complex, whose main objective is to ensure the proper operation and administration of support services provided to employees, including the supply and control of uniforms, as well as the efficient coordination of internal and external staff transportation, guaranteeing the availability, functionality, and quality of these services at all times. Main responsibilities: 1\. Uniforms and workwear Control and maintain updated inventory records of uniforms by area, position, and employee. Record new hires and departures. Coordinate tailor activities for adjustments, repairs, or internal garment production. Place uniform orders according to natural turnover, growth, or operational needs. Verify delivery conditions, quality, and compliance from uniform suppliers. 2\. External employee transportation Coordinate daily external transportation services jointly with the contracted company. Manage complaints, incidents, and route delays, seeking effective solutions. Design and propose route and schedule improvements based on demand and employee locations. Verify cleanliness, presentation, and functionality of transport units. Supervise the external service provider's compliance with contractual obligations. 3\. Internal transportation and operational logistics Coordinate internal shuttle operations and scheduling responsibilities. Assign and manage operational errands requested by other departments (deliveries, local purchases, logistical support). Supervise preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance of internal vehicles. Ensure appropriate and efficient use of assigned vehicles and resources. 4\. Administration and reporting Generate periodic reports on inventories, incidents, uniform consumption, transportation usage, and service compliance. Propose process, supplier, or operational scheme improvements that benefit employees. Collaborate with other departments to efficiently address special operational needs. * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role * Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance * Knowledge of inventory management * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems
