




Job Objective Lead the planning, execution, and control of construction projects, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, costs, and quality standards, as well as generating and analyzing strategic information for decision-making through data intelligence tools. Main Responsibilities: Develop executive and detailed construction schedules based on project drawings and scope. Update the construction schedule weekly based on actual vs. planned progress. Identify deviations and propose solutions to meet deadlines. Coordinate with supervision, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure schedule compliance. Determine critical paths and conduct impact analysis for changes or delays. Support follow-up meetings with clients or contractors. Prepare executive progress and rescheduling reports. Requirements * Civil or Industrial Engineering degree or related field (degree mandatory). * Minimum 5 years’ experience as Project Manager or in a similar role on construction sites. * Experience in construction planning and control (schedules, costs, and resources). * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. * Availability for on-site work and geographic mobility.
