We offer professional experiences that retain and grow you, propel you to become better, and become the professional life purpose you seek. **Join the Vinte and Jardines de Ciudad Mayakoba team as:** Project and RUV/DTU Management Manager **Position Objective:** Manage DTU processes for formalization of bank, Infonavit, and Fovissste credits. **Responsibilities:** Upload packages into the RUV system to register condominiums and make them available for sale. Update information in the RUV system for verification and validation by verifiers. Prepare and upload SICAP blueprints into RUV to obtain DTUs. Validate, deliver, and coordinate with verifiers the DTU release, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Generate budget projections for GXFB and GXI to allocate resources. Upload weekly budgets into Enkontrol for corporate authorization and execution of projected payments. Update quarterly cash flow for GXFA, GXFB, GXI, and infrastructure management expenses to process corresponding payments. Perform monthly payment reconciliations jointly with Internal Audit to control the budget.
