Monitor KPIs and other indicators (submit to Client) on a monthly/periodic basis and provide data to the EHS Manager when necessary. * Coordinate (in support of EHS partners) investigations of project accidents/incidents/near misses/risk situations. * Lead reporting of risk situations and assist the project in managing and monitoring project risk situations to ensure they are tracked and associated corrective actions are assigned to specific individuals or departments to guarantee proper closure. * Enter and monitor EHS action plans as applicable. Carry out and support traffic management plan (TMP) projects. Support the CWI Consortium EHS team in training, advisory services, regulatory compliance, and adherence to AZDP standards. * Support and conduct stakeholder engagement meetings with clients, partners, and EHS personnel on site as needed. * Support the EHS Manager in developing and implementing strategies considering business and corporate requirements to manage and continuously improve the company’s safety standards. * Support the EHS Manager with start-up packages for new projects and keep EHS information updated, including posters, notices, signage, records, and procedures. * Conduct training sessions/briefings on EHS topics as required for the project team (Toolbox talks) and/or formal training when necessary. * Supervise employees and contractors to ensure activities are performed in accordance with agreed standards (e.g., client, Ministry of Labor, main contractor license requirements, 45001, 14001, 9001), procedures, work plans/task instructions (method statements), inspection and test plans.
