Cooperate with internal resources to achieve Quality objectives. Support the Project Quality Manager in aligning the Quality System and the DIS System to implement quality procedures, quality control plan, and quality assurance plan in field operations. Support the Project Quality Manager in preparing and implementing all processes. Assist the Project Quality Manager in coordinating and controlling activities, especially when there are interfaces with other contractors or operational areas. Follow EHS procedures and minimize risks. Provide support and advice to project staff to prevent injuries, damage to plants and equipment, fires, and environmental pollution. Recognize best practices and good performance. Respond to violations of regulations and standards. Develop project quality. Support the Project Quality Manager at System Level and the DIS Project Quality Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining local procedures and tools, ensuring alignment with company standards and international standards (ISO 9001:2015\). Support the Project Quality System Level Manager and the DIS Project Quality Manager. Assist the DIS Project Quality Manager in ensuring project activities comply with the Quality Plan, guidelines, and work instructions. Conduct legal compliance checks for specific quality requirements. Develop quality culture in the project. Inform, instruct, and train employees to perform work safely and in an environmentally respectful manner according to the declaration method. Training in Quality Management System for operational staff. Motivate operational staff through quality animations. Raise awareness among operational staff about self-inspection. Participate in the implementation of project quality training programs by providing quality inductions and ensuring toolbox meetings are organized. Report, measure, and review. Support the Quality Project Manager in capturing, reporting, recording, investigating, and analyzing accidents/incidents to implement corrective and preventive actions. Assist in preparing monthly quality reports. Support in tracking quality KPIs. Support for 8D procedures. Conduct workplace inspections and perform Quality audits, reporting any discrepancies. Performance measurements: (OTD, QCD, Sales, PMC, Orders, Gross Margin, etc.) IFRS 1 and IFRS 2 Number SOV of fatalities/serious accidents Health and well-being (occupational diseases, ergonomics). The quality inspector ensures the conformity of products and parts delivered by the facilities. Perform inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures, as applicable, on both finished products ready for delivery and products during their manufacturing process. Validate manufacturing control plans. These control plans are developed in close collaboration with PME teams. **Responsibilities and Authorities**: Perform inspections and ensure product conformity (verify after review). Record inspection results in industrial digital tools as necessary. Perform destructive and non-destructive examinations when required and qualified. Maintain inspection records by component, assembly, and vehicle. Maintain quality documentation for components, assemblies, and vehicles. Participate in joint customer inspections. Preparation of approval documents and submissions. Ensure proper calibration of critical equipment and instrumentation used in inspections.
