### **Join the Hotel Princess family!** **✨** PROFILE: Between 30 and 45 years of age Flexible availability Excellent presentation Dynamic Extroverted Ability to work under pressure Responsible Charismatic RESPONSIBILITIES: * Review the reservation book daily and communicate relevant information to the captain. * Record entries in the logbook regarding occupancy, special guest requests, direct reservations, VIPs and groups for that night, as well as actual covers. * Answer the restaurant phone according to established telephone etiquette. * Assist in setting up and opening the restaurant. * Verify cleanliness and condition of menus in the dining area. * Know and coordinate with the Captain the table and station assignments. * Receive and verify guest reservations upon arrival, and escort guests to their tables. * Take orders when appropriate. * Say goodbye to guests, thanking them for their visit and addressing their comments. * Perform administrative and support tasks requested by the Restaurant Manager / Captain. * Supervise ambient sound, lighting, decoration, cleanliness, landscaping, restrooms, and general appearance of dining areas. * Actively participate in training and development programs assigned by the Food and Beverage Management, as well as in continuous improvement efforts within the department and team. * Promote sales of non-package A&B items. * Request the daily report to provide information to restaurant staff during the service briefing.
