Experience: 2 to 4 years in mass-produced or social housing construction. Knowledge of: Housing handover and post-sale processes. Masonry, finishes, and façades. Customer service and warranty follow-up. Correction of construction details. Personnel and contractor management. Main Responsibilities: Supervise masonry, finishes, and façade work. Coordinate housing handovers to clients. Follow up on post-sale reports and warranties. Verify quality and correction of construction details. Coordinate work crews and contractors.
