BAUM – Carpentry Industry **Specialists in manufacturing doors, closets, vanities, and kitchens for real estate developments** At **BAUM**, we are growing and looking to welcome a **Construction Supervisor in Cancún**, committed, organized, and passionate about executing high-quality projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain and keep the construction log up to date. * Verify timelines, processes, and completed tasks. * Prepare weekly estimates. * Supervise installation progress. * Conduct project completions and validate proper completion of work. * Send the daily agenda. * Lead and coordinate the work team. * Handle payroll and pre\-payroll (timely submission). * Manage release of contracted certificates through delivery certificates with the client. **Requirements** * Industrial or Civil Engineering degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Time availability. * Service-oriented attitude and results-driven focus. * Organized and responsible individual. * **Must reside in Cozumel or surrounding areas.** **We Offer** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements (IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT). * Additional company-provided benefits. * Direct employment contract with the company. * **Net monthly salary of $18,000 to $20,000** (biweekly payment). * **You do not work on your birthday!** * Working hours: Monday to Saturday (Saturday half-day). **Important Notice** Our recruitment processes **involve no costs**.
