Job Opening: **CCTV Monitor** Salary: $12,000 net per month Location: Cancun, Quintana Roo Position Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Saturday Job Description: We are seeking a responsible, observant, and highly responsive CCTV Monitor to supervise operations in real time via CCTV and GPS, ensuring compliance with security protocols. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor CCTV live feeds to verify that branches are clear for opening. * Maintain and update the daily incident log (opening and closing), tracking incidents until resolution. * Monitor cash collection personnel in real time. * Detect and report security events or risks. * Analyze incidents and document findings. * Identify abnormal situations or unsafe working conditions. * Verify that operators comply with security guidelines during their routes and at authorized stops. * Execute established security protocols. * Check the location of each unit via GPS (three times per day). * Record staff entries and exits. * Maintain control over personnel assigned to GPS-tracked units. * Track numbered reports. * Perform other duties related to the position or assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Minimum Experience: 1 year as a CCTV Monitor. * GPS system knowledge. * Switchboard operation. * Vehicle recovery procedures. * Security standards and implementation of response protocols. * Completed bachelor’s degree, current student, or incomplete degree in criminology, law, or completed high school education. * Basic computer skills. * Attention to detail and quick response capability. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Reside near or have easy access to the work area.
