We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented Logistics Operations Executive, responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing logistical processes in operations. Main Responsibilities: \- Coordination of shipments \- Coordination with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, among others. \- Operational tracking \- Document management with suppliers and customers. \- Process verification \- Prepare operational reports \- Resolution of incidents \- Communication and coordination Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics or related field. \- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in operations or logistics within freight forwarding. \- Knowledge of international logistics: Incoterms, types of transportation, shipping documents, customs procedures, regulations. \- Intermediate to advanced English \- Strong communication and problem-solving skills. \- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions \- Excellent communication skills Job type: Full-time Salary: $11,949\.44 \- $25,751\.15 per month Work location: On-site position
