Focused on providing effective and efficient solutions in the customs field, we offer a work environment that fosters growth and employee satisfaction. **Location: Central de Abasto, Benito Juárez, Quintana Roo.** **Please apply through the following link:** **https://redaduanera.buk.mx/s/gL829cpD9HtdmF9b** **Job Requirements** * Required knowledge and requirements: * Customs Law Regulations, LIVA, LIEPS, CFF, Federal Rights Law. * General Rules related to foreign trade. * Foreign Trade regulations in general. * Customs procedures. **Minimum education required** * University degree in foreign trade, customs, or related field. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar positions. **Job Responsibilities** * Maintain weekly control of tariff fractions handled per office. * Suggest tariff classifications with approval from the Regulatory Manager. * Justify requests generated by tariff fraction inquiries. * Verify the process for registering tariff fractions using RECO. * Conduct prior consultations with AAA Yucatán regarding tariff fractions before importation. * Assist in processing procedures for Technical Meetings with customs authorities. * Manage procedures with various laboratories and certification units to obtain NOM certificates required by corporate clients. * Disseminate bulletins and circulars issued by the Regulatory Manager. * Respond to and maintain records of incidents flagged by the pre-validator. * Resolve staff inquiries regarding tariff classification topics. * Assist in maintaining organizational certifications and distinctions. * Support badge-related procedures, including applications for registration, cancellation, and renewal of badges; ensure the Excel database is up to date and verify that badges are properly scanned. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Monthly performance bonus. * Continuous training. * Statutory benefits. * Provided uniforms. * Extra Christmas bonus days. * Company phone.
