We invite you to join our team: URBAN DESIGN DESIGNER Oversee and coordinate urban design and image projects for subdivisions and plazas according to the guidelines and manuals established by Grupo RUBA, aiming to build high-quality integrated developments in an environment that meets customer needs. Responsibilities: * Ensure efficient design of each subdivision to maximize land use. * Guarantee effective subdivision project development for submission to budgeting and construction departments. * Ensure the design of model homes and subdivision entrance aesthetics. * Ensure projects comply with standards stipulated in the master plan for government approval.
