### **Summary** Help the company within a country with complex analysis, reports, forecasts, etc. (typically very large revenues at scale) and provide expert advice within a central FRA process/area/technology ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Ensure the operational execution of strategic Finance objectives within a specific business area and supervise the performance and development of a small team of FRA specialists. \~ Ensure integrity, viability and interoperability of financial reporting systems and processes (Actuals, Budgets and Latest Estimates), including tax, inventory, corporate control, payments and procurement data. \~ Manage and operate basic reporting processes for actuals and forecasts with agreed quality and fast turnaround times. \~ Provide timely and accurate financial accountability services and data, including fixed assets, cash and working capital activities, and resale activities; ensure appropriate information is provided to relevant internal and external parties. \~ Manage audit reporting processes and support compliance with various tax filings (e.g., VAT, corporate tax, employee taxes); provide required data to internal and external authorities. \~ Manage and automate routine information distribution to local users from SAP and BW and perform super-user responsibilities for Finance and Controlling modules in SAP. \~ Supervise the development and maintenance of current reporting systems (SAP, BW, Excel); integrate additional requirements and evolving organizational needs so that processes for reporting actuals, budgets, latest estimates and mid-range plans are fulfilled efficiently and agilely. \~ Prepare ad-hoc and routine administrative/accounting information and high-quality financial analyses to support global and organizational requirements. \~ Report technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt \~ Distribution of marketing samples (when applicable) Key Performance Indicators \~ Internal customer satisfaction with quality, usability and timeliness of financial analyses provided \~ Customer satisfaction in service delivery and process-specific KPIs, according to agreed SLAs.
