**Company Description** ***Immersed in the coastal paradise of the Riviera Maya, in a pristine seaside location renowned for its lush and expansive mangrove gardens and its long white sandy beach, an extraordinary complex is taking shape: Etéreo, a new destination from Auberge Resorts Collection that opened its doors at the end of 2021, offering an irresistible luxury experience where guests can escape in perfect comfort and seclusion, enjoying a deep connection with nature and with each other.*** **Job Description** **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform scheduled inspection routines on furniture and wood accessories. * Establish a service schedule to maintain the property without compromising quality standards and finish designs. * Communicate effectively and clearly any anomalies detected during inspection and operational processes. * Ensure the safety of work areas before performing any tasks. * Oversee the preservation and maintenance of organizational assets by respecting and executing the assigned maintenance plan within established timeframes. * Efficiently manage the consumption of maintenance resources. * Must have skills in operating power tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Must be technically and functionally familiar with all equipment and systems present in the hotel to provide immediate response to all work orders and routine maintenance program tasks. * Must have a clear understanding of engineering and maintenance principles related to infrastructure, wood treatment, and materials, as well as standard work procedures used in the hospitality industry. * Must be knowledgeable about current regulations regarding environmental control, industrial safety, civil protection, safety and hygiene, labor department requirements, and any other applicable service industry regulations defined by local legislation. **Requirements** **Required Qualifications:** * Education: Completed high school diploma. * Experience in maintenance according to state and federal health and safety standards. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Ability to detect early signs of any anomalies in wood materials, with the purpose of correcting them before they pose a risk to service or guests. **Additional Information** Auberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of exceptional hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
