As a **Security Manager**, your primary mission will be to lead the comprehensive security strategy of Residencial Tulum Country Club, ensuring the protection of people, property, and infrastructure in private residences, PGA Riviera Maya golf course, and commercial areas, aligned with international standards on sustainability, human rights, and ISO 18788\. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Design, implement, and update the Comprehensive Security Plan aligned with the risk framework and corporate objectives. * Coordinate security actions with all areas of the residential complex (residences, Club House, golf course, school, and commercial zones). * Assess physical, social, environmental, and reputational risks, designing controls and mitigation plans. * Supervise security technology: CCTV, access controls, remote monitoring, and drones. * Lead communication and engagement with owners, neighborhood boards, and condominium management. * Coordinate residential security, access, and visitor, supplier, and construction personnel protocols. * Supervise internal staff and security service providers, ensuring training and performance according to human rights standards. * Design and manage the Internal Traffic Management and road access plan, integrating technological systems (LPR, RFID, biometrics). * Coordinate with Civil Protection, National Guard, Firefighters, and national and international security agencies. * Ensure compliance with security regulations (ISO 18788, ISO 31000, GDPR, PCI\-DSS, local laws). * Design and implement training programs, promoting a security culture throughout the organization. * Lead team management: workload distribution, performance evaluation, and professional development. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, operation manuals, prevention protocols, and environmental programs. **We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, team leadership, and budget oversight. * University degree in engineering or related fields. * Certifications: CPP (Certified Protection Professional), PSP (Physical Security Professional), or equivalent. * Knowledge of occupational risk prevention, security legislation, emergency drills, civil protection, first aid, fire prevention, and tourism. * Languages: Spanish and English (advanced level). * Proficiency in office software and management systems. **If you are a strategic and results-oriented individual with leadership, decision-making ability, teamwork skills, and customer focus… do not hesitate to apply.** *\#LI\-DNP \#LI\-DNI*
