We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our hotel projects in Mexico. **Position Mission:** Ensure the proper execution, supervision and technical control of electrical installations in large-scale hotel projects, guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety and schedule standards defined by Estel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review and validate electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, technical specifications and load calculations. * Supervise the installation of medium and low voltage electrical systems, electrical panels, lighting, power, grounding and lightning protection systems. * Control the quality and progress of the electrical work, verifying correct execution according to drawings and regulations. * Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, BMS, telecommunications) to ensure technical compatibility of systems. * Manage materials, equipment and technical documentation for the electrical area. * Support commissioning, testing and start-up of installations. * Report technical progress to the Project Manager and assist in resolving site issues. * Ensure compliance with electrical safety and workplace prevention regulations. **Requirements:** * Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installation projects, preferably in the hotel or high-end building sector. * Solid knowledge of medium and low voltage, lighting, electrical panels and international standards. * Proficiency with design and drawing interpretation tools (AutoCAD, Office, etc.). * Previous experience in international projects or the Caribbean region is desirable. * Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. **We Offer:** * Join a leading company in integrated installations with international presence. * High technical complexity projects in luxury hotels. * Professional growth and continuous training. * Competitive conditions based on experience and profile.
