At Netfy, we are looking for a **Training Content Creator Lead** to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-impact training materials aligned with business objectives and corporate standards. This person will be responsible for transforming technical and operational processes into clear, interactive, and scalable learning content for hotel operations and Shared Services, promoting system adoption, process standardization, and knowledge retention. **Responsibilities** * Lead the creation and maintenance of training materials such as e\-learnings, quick guides, manuals, facilitator guides, and videos. * Design and maintain clear and accurate process maps using tools like Visio or Lucidchart. * Collaborate with Process Owner Managers to document, review, and update operational processes. * Assess training needs and design customized solutions based on audience and business objectives. * Work with the transition team to ensure all materials are ready and adapted for the integration of new operations into Shared Services. * Facilitate and/or support virtual and in-person training sessions. * Coordinate with international teams to harmonize practices and standardize content. * Maintain strong relationships with managers, leaders, and stakeholders in hotels and Shared Services. **Requirements** **Experience**: * 3 to 5 years in instructional design, training content development, or Learning \& Development. * Solid experience in hotel operations or hospitality industry. * Experience creating video content for process training or system implementation. * **Knowledge**: * Microsoft Office, e\-learning authoring tools, process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart). * Writing, visualization, and communication skills to translate complex processes into clear materials. * Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal). * **Education**: * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Hotel Management, or related field (desirable). * **Desirable**: * Experience with system implementations (Oracle, OCR, Opera). * Experience in Shared Services environments. * Knowledge of finance and accounting systems (Oracle, Hyperion, Birchstreet). **What we offer** * Direct hiring by Netfy * Statutory and above-standard benefits. * Opportunity to collaborate on a growing international project. * Dynamic and multicultural work environment.
