




**Position Objective** Develop visual concepts and graphic materials that effectively communicate the company's identity, messages, and objectives, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communication pieces. **Main Responsibilities** * Design graphic materials for digital and print media (banners, flyers, social media, presentations, brochures, etc.). * Create and adapt visual content for marketing, advertising, and corporate communication campaigns. * Produce final artwork and prepare files for printing. * Perform basic photo and video editing (when applicable). * Maintain an updated library of graphic resources and institutional templates. * Ensure visual consistency across all materials according to the brand guidelines. * Collaborate with marketing, sales, and communications teams in developing concepts and campaigns. * Respond to internal design requests within established timeframes. * Coordinate with printing or production vendors when necessary. **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. * Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (or verifiable portfolio). * Proficiency in design software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (or equivalents). * Knowledge of digital formats, social media, and web design. * Basic knowledge of photography, composition, and color theory. * Desirable: skills in basic animation, video editing, or motion graphics. **Competencies** * Creativity and innovation. * Attention to detail. * Organization and time management. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Adaptability. * Results-oriented. **Working Conditions** * Office-based work. * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
