### **Housekeeping Operations Assistant** **– Hotel Princess (Riviera Maya)** **Princess Hotels \& Resorts** Position Objective: To plan, organize, and coordinate the operation of the department, guaranteeing appearance, cleanliness of rooms and their hallways, providing comfort to our guests and visitors through teamwork and work harmony. Profile: Age between 35 and 45 years Completed education Gender indifferent 2 years of experience in 5-star hotels with more than 1000 rooms Flexible availability Must reside in Playa del Carmen Knowledge: Use and handling of cleaning equipment Knowledge of audits Knowledge and use of chemical products Proficiency in Office software suite Experience with hotel systems Skills: Staff management Decision making Teamwork Leadership Stress management Problem resolution Functions: o Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising the daily work of the cleaning staff. o Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance. o Ensure compliance with the hotel's established cleaning and presentation standards. o Report any deficiencies or maintenance needs to the appropriate department. o Assist in managing inventory of cleaning and guest supplies, ensuring availability and timely restocking. o Collaborate in preparing supply orders when necessary. o Assist in training and continuous development of cleaning personnel. o Ensure all employees are aware of hotel safety policies and operational procedures. o Respond effectively to guest requests and complaints related to cleanliness and maintenance. o Guarantee a high-quality guest experience by ensuring all hotel areas are presentable and welcoming. o Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventory, and other required reports. o Assist the Housekeeper in preparing operational reports and analysis.
