Real estate developer is looking for your talent as: **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **Profile:** * Technical or Engineering degree in Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electricity, Construction, or related fields. Certifications in specific areas (HVAC, plumbing, electricity) are a plus. * 3\-5 years of experience in maintenance of vacation properties, boutique hotels, glampings, or similar. * Experience in team, supplier, and budget management. * Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, plumbing, carpentry, air conditioning, pool operation, and irrigation systems. * Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems under pressure. * Proficient in maintenance management software or similar tools. * Leadership and team management skills.
