Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! \#BELIMITLESS Job Description **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, register, and farewell guests in a professional, friendly, and personalized manner. * Perform **check\-in and check\-out** according to established procedures. * Manage reservations, room assignments, and occupancy control. * Handle calls, emails, and information requests efficiently and courteously. * Coordinate with different departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, Food and Beverage, Maintenance) to ensure seamless service. * Handle payments, deposits, and cash closing accurately and responsibly. * Follow up on special requests, complaints, or guest feedback, ensuring timely resolution. * Promote hotel services, experiences, and benefits to increase additional revenue (upselling). * Keep guest records, occupancy reports, and operational logs updated. * Comply with company standards regarding appearance, hospitality, and confidentiality. Requirements **Skills and Competencies:** * Service-oriented attitude and genuine hospitality. * Excellent appearance and communication skills. * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. * Ability to solve problems and remain calm under pressure. * Teamwork and empathy. Additional Information Experience is a plus Previous experience with Opera or a related system Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
