Recognized for innovation, quality, and operational excellence, the company maintains high financial and administrative standards across all its business units. **Position objective** Support in the accounting, tax, and administrative management of the corporate office and its projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and the generation of reliable financial information for decision-making. **Main responsibilities** * Record and validate **accounting transactions** of the corporate entity and related parties. * Prepare **bank reconciliations**, accounting entries, and monthly reports. * Participate in the **preparation of financial statements** under NIF. * Assist in the **calculation and filing of federal and local taxes**. * Control and review **accounts payable, expenses, and travel expense verification**. * Follow up on **billing and accounting records of income and expenditures.** * Keep the **accounting system (Panel)** and internal databases updated. * Collaborate with the **Treasury and Controller** departments during monthly closings and audits. * Ensure compliance with **internal procedures and corporate policies.** **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting** (degree and professional license required). * **Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience** in general or corporate accounting. * Experience in the **real estate, construction, or development sector** (desirable). * Solid knowledge of **NIF, taxes, reconciliations, and accounting records.** * Proficiency with **Panel** (desirable) or accounting ERP systems. * Intermediate level of Excel. * On-site work at corporate offices in CDMX. **Key competencies** * Attention to detail and numerical accuracy. * Planning and organization. * Responsibility and reliability. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Adherence to policies and confidentiality.
