Tiendas Tropicales, Los Cinco Soles is seeking talent for the Marketing department as: ### **CRM & COMMUNITY RELATIONS SPECIALIST** **Your responsibilities will include:** Strategically and operationally manage customer and community relationship platforms (**reservations, TripAdvisor, We Care/HubSpot, reviews**), ensuring immediate and effective responses. Build strong relationships with hotels, customers, and the local community to strengthen brand reputation and ensure positive experiences. * Monitor and promptly respond to comments and reviews on TripAdvisor, We Care/HubSpot, and other review platforms. * Manage the reservation system for Los Cinco Soles and its sub-brands, ensuring timely attention and exceptional customer service. * Design weekly and monthly reports on review performance, customer satisfaction, and trends. * Establish and maintain relationships with hotels, tour operators, and strategic partners in Cozumel. * Represent Los Cinco Soles and its sub-brands at local community and networking events. * Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers, conveying trust and hospitality. * Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey based on customer feedback. * Propose initiatives to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation. * Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to integrate CRM data into communication campaigns and strategies. **Required Knowledge:** * Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalents). * Familiarity with review platforms (TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, etc.). * Reservation management and customer service experience. * Customer loyalty and experience strategies. * Native or advanced English proficiency (ideally American profile). **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or review management, preferably in tourism, retail, or hospitality sectors. * Full-time availability and willingness to travel. * On-site work location: **Cozumel**. **We Offer:** * Base Salary * Direct employment contract with the company * Statutory and additional benefits * Group Major Medical Expense Insurance Policy * Career and life development plan * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund If you have the attitude to keep learning, apply through this channel.
