Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Controller to strengthen economic and production control of international projects, ensuring cost control, margin control, progress tracking, and reliable reporting. Reliable reporting for management At EOSOL, we are currently looking for a **Construction Controller** to reinforce the economic and production control of our international projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring economic and production control of one or more installation projects, guaranteeing cost and margin control, progress monitoring, timely and accurate certification, change and claim management, as well as reliable reporting to the Site Manager/Project Manager and senior management. **Requirements:** Engineering or related technical degree. Experience in economic control, cost management, or construction production. Experience in budgetary control and financial analysis of projects. Advanced English (C1 level mandatory). **Responsibilities:** * Economic monitoring and control of construction projects. * Cost, margin, and budget variance management. * Monitoring and validation of physical and economic project progress. * Control of certifications, invoicing, and cash collection flow. * Administration of changes, variations, and claims. * Monitoring of procurement, subcontracting, and financial commitments. * Productivity analysis and labor force control. * Preparation of financial reports, cash flow statements, and risk analyses. * Participation in site committees to support decision-making.
