Resident Construction Manager

**Job Objective:** Coordinate and supervise the execution of **site development, masonry, and finishing works** in **luxury residential projects**, ensuring high quality standards, schedule compliance, and proper implementation of construction processes. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Experience: 2 years in luxury residential projects, premium vertical developments, or high-end real estate developments. Experience in: * Comprehensive site development. * Fine masonry and concrete block work. * Premium finishing works. * Supervision of contractors and subcontractors. * Area handover and quality control. * Knowledge of: * High-quality construction processes. * Premium residential finishing works. * Layout, leveling, and volumetric measurements. * Interpretation of architectural and detailed drawings. * Quantity takeoffs and cost estimates. * Construction scheduling and progress monitoring. Key Responsibilities: * Supervision and coordination of site development, masonry, and finishing works. * Monitoring adherence to the construction schedule. * Quality control of finishing works and construction details. * Coordination of contractors and operational personnel. * Review of materials and installation procedures. * Preparation of physical progress reports. * Validation of cost estimates and quantity takeoffs. * Monitoring area handovers and correction of details. * Ensuring quality standards in premium residential areas.
