Responsibilities * Sales Team Management: Coordinate and supervise the sales team, ensuring they meet established goals and targets. * Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize customer acquisition for payroll loans. * Training and Development: Train and educate the sales team on financial products, sales techniques, and customer service. * Performance Monitoring: Conduct team performance analysis and establish continuous improvement plans. * Business Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners, ensuring effective communication. * Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities. * Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on sales results, competitive analysis, and sales forecasts.
