Head.\n\nQualifications\n\n**Requirements:**\n\n* **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role **within the hospitality industry**.\n* **Technical Skills:**\n\n\n\t+ Intermediate\\-advanced knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** (functions, pivot tables).\n\t+ Knowledge of administrative or POS systems (a plus).\n* **Soft Skills:**\n\n\n\t+ **Basic English** (reading comprehension of documents).\n\t+ Proven ability to work **under pressure** and handle high volumes of information.\n\t+ Attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.\n\t+ Good teamwork and
