**Profile We Are Seeking** We are looking for an **experienced Spanish teacher for sixth grade**, enthusiastic, empathetic, and with excellent **classroom management skills**, capable of creating a positive learning environment, maintaining **effective communication with families**, and demonstrating **assertive leadership in the classroom**. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Primary Education, Language and Literature, Pedagogy, or related field. * **Proven teaching experience** in grades 5 and 6 of elementary school. * **Proficiency in the CIME system** (lesson planning, assessment, and academic follow-up). * Knowledge of **mathematics instruction** and curriculum integration skills. * **Planning of didactic sequences** and implementation of **cross-curricular lesson plans** (History, Civic and Ethical Formation). * Experience with **project-based learning** and **active methodologies** (Project-Based Learning and Challenge-Based Learning). * Proficiency in **digital platforms** (Canva, presentations, online educational tools). * **Creation of innovative teaching materials** and resources to strengthen reading comprehension and writing skills. * Skill in conducting **parent-teacher interviews** and **follow-up on special student cases**. * Excellent **classroom leadership** and socioemotional skills. **We Especially Value** * A positive attitude, charisma, and vocation for education. * Ability to collaborate effectively with the teaching and administrative teams. * Commitment to continuous professional development and educational improvement.
