**Logistics Supervisor** **Requirements**: * Engineering or higher technical degree in: Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. * Logistics and transportation desirable: courses in construction site management, warehousing, industrial safety, or logistics planning. **Knowledge**: * Logistics processes in vertical construction projects (MEP works). * Operations with forklifts, cranes, platforms, and lifting equipment. * Procedures for receiving, unloading, storing, and internal distribution of materials. * Management of access points, maneuvering yards, traffic flows, and internal site routes. * Knowledge of MEP materials: piping (PVC, CPVC, steel, galvanized, conduit, carbon steel, stainless steel), electrical equipment (panels, transformers, cables), hydraulic and sanitary equipment (pumps, fixtures, fittings). Fire protection (PCI) and HVAC equipment. * Scheduling and delivery control with suppliers. * Applicable regulations: NOM-009-STPS, NOM-011-STPS, NOM-017, IHC, PCI, site safety. * Handling of logs, reports, plans, and forms for logistics records. * Reading of architectural and MEP drawings. * Software use: Excel, Word, basic AutoCAD, document management platforms (PMWEB, PROCORE, SHAREPOINT or others). **Activities** * Ensure all project logistics (unloading, maneuvers, internal routes, MEP material supply and distribution) are executed safely, orderly, efficiently, and in accordance with the construction schedule. * Customer service, logistics coordination meetings. * Coordinate unloading operations using forklifts and cranes. * Supervise material arrival, inspection, and documentation. * Design and control internal supply routes to each work front.
