A recognized nursery is looking for a **Gardening Technician** in the Zapopan area. This position is for you if: You have basic and practical knowledge of gardening, plants, and green areas. Plant maintenance skills including: irrigation, pruning, fertilization, and basic pest control. Experience organizing nurseries and arranging plants. Ability to maintain logs and records of activities performed by staff and plant maintenance tasks. Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory control for supplies and products. Ability to clearly and fairly assign tasks to internal staff. **Responsibilities** Staff task assignment: Assign and coordinate daily team tasks, ensuring efficient and balanced distribution of responsibilities among employees. Nursery maintenance: Perform routine supervision and maintenance to ensure proper care of all areas. Preventive maintenance of green areas to keep them in optimal condition year-round. Green area maintenance logs: Record and monitor maintenance activities carried out in green areas, ensuring detailed tracking for continuous improvement. Coordinate plant collection and arrangement, classification, and proper placement of plants within the nursery. Warehouse management and control: Supervise inventory of supplies and materials. Provide general maintenance support as required. Implement improvement proposals for green areas.
