Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate order picking, monitor customer pickups, supervise deliveries, and ensure proper warehouse logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of order picking and deliveries 2. Management of merchandise movements and vehicle monitoring 3. Equipment inspection and maintenance, and route planning Requirements: \*Engineering or Economics-Administration degree \*Minimum two years of experience in this position Responsibilities Coordinate order picking · Continuously monitor the customer pickup schedule. · Review already-picked orders to verify correct execution. · Ensure customer deliveries at the loading area follow customer service protocols. · Supervise that order picking complies with Warehouse Good Practices. · Inspect and sign the forklift maintenance checklist. · Ensure merchandise movements are recorded in the system for each warehouse location change. · Supervise that merchandise loaded onto daily routes corresponds to scheduled orders. · Update the local route application. · Monitor vehicle mileage and fuel refills. · Inspect and sign the vehicle maintenance checklist. · Record delivered products in the system. · Receive inter-warehouse transfers. · Place inter-warehouse transfers in designated locations for inspection and release. · Plan delivery routes for local orders.
