DATA SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST **Location:** Zapopan, Jalisco **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with a 2-hour lunch break) **Position type:** Data analysis, technical support, and process optimization Position purpose Transform information into actionable knowledge for the organization through the design of business intelligence solutions, ensuring data reliability and delivering basic technical support to guarantee operational continuity. Key responsibilities * Integrate and clean data from various internal and external sources. * Design, update, and manage interactive dashboards in **Power BI**. * Automate reports and conduct trend analysis to support decision-making. * Provide basic technical support for software and devices. * Train users on efficient use of digital tools. * Participate in innovation and continuous improvement projects related to data and processes. Required profile * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in data analysis, report generation, and technical support. * **Knowledge:** * Power BI, Power Query, SQL, APIs * ICTs, IoT, cybersecurity * ERP or accounting systems (preferred) * Basic experience with Oracle NetSuite * **Language:** Intermediate English (reading and basic communication). * **Suggested age:** 22–35 years. * **Gender:** Unrestricted.
