**Customs Traffic Assistant** **About Us** We are a **Mexican textile company with over 50 years of experience**. We are seeking a committed, responsible, and operationally experienced **Customs Traffic Assistant** to strengthen our traffic department and ensure the timely execution of our import and export operations. **Location:** Santa Fe, CDMX **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (with two rotating Saturdays per month, 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM) **Salary:** $16,000 net monthly **Position Objective** Provide support in the **management, control, and tracking** of customs traffic and logistics operations (maritime and land), ensuring **compliance with customs regulations and trade agreements**, as well as proper documentation and communication with agencies, clients, and suppliers. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in **International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration**, or related field. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in customs traffic or imports/exports. * Demonstrable knowledge of **maritime and land logistics** (mandatory). * Proficiency in **customs documentation** and current regulations. * Knowledge of **Annex 22**, free trade agreements, and customs regulations. * Experience in **UVAS applications**, **preparing letters** to shipping lines or customs agencies, and **revalidations**. * Control of import/export files. * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel** and digital platforms. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate **maritime and land logistics** for import and export operations. * Prepare and manage **instruction letters, revalidations, and documentation** with shipping lines or customs agencies. * Submit **UVAS requests** and verify compliance with customs requirements. * Control and archive traffic and import files. * Validate correct compilation of documents (customs entries, invoices, BLs, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.). * Follow up with agencies, suppliers, and internal clients to ensure **timely release of shipments**. * Support compliance with **Annex 22** and other applicable regulations. * Generate reports on movements, shipments, and logistics costs. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * **Life insurance.** * **Interest-free personal loans** (available after 6 months). **Apply if you meet the following:** * Demonstrable experience in customs traffic (minimum 2 years). * Knowledge of maritime and land logistics. * Schedule availability and commitment to job stability. **Send your updated CV and join a leading Mexican textile company.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work location: On-site
