End-to-end management of electronic invoicing and treasury **Accountant – Accounting Strategy and Operational Leadership – MAGNITALENT–** **Location:** Naucalpan, State of Mexico **Compensation:** $18,000 – $20,000 monthly net **Responsibilities** **Management** * Comprehensive analysis of accounting information to accurately determine tax liabilities. * Calculation and oversight of federal (ISR, VAT) and local tax payments, ensuring timely and proper compliance. * Submission of monthly, annual, and informative tax returns via the SAT Portal. **Electronic Invoicing and Digital Compliance Control:** * Administration and oversight of the electronic invoicing 4.0 cycle. * Management of payment complements, invoice cancellations, and CFDI validation in accordance with Annex 20 of the RMF. **Treasury:** * Handling and reconciliation of corporate online banking accounts. * Cash flow monitoring and disbursement of payments. **Team Leadership:** * Direct supervision and development of three accounting department staff members. * Review of records, journal entries, and reconciliations prepared by the supervised team. **Professional Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years. * **Technical Competencies:** Advanced proficiency in Excel, accounting software (ERP), and SAT compliance tools. * **Soft Skills:** Strong synthesis ability, analytical thinking, methodical organization, and operational follow-up–oriented leadership. **Benefits and Offer** * Competitive salary with punctual payment. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Genuine opportunities for professional development and job stability.
