The ideal candidate must have experience in radiotherapy and hold an up-to-date **POE Certification (Radiation Protection in Radiotherapy Use)**, as well as a strong commitment to patient quality and safety. **Responsibilities:** * Administer and apply radiotherapy treatments to patients with cancer or other radiation-treatable conditions. * Deliver treatments using a linear accelerator, ensuring correct usage and precision during each session. * Position and secure equipment for patients during treatments, guaranteeing accurate alignment and safety throughout the process. * Supervise the radiotherapy treatment planning process in collaboration with oncologists and other medical specialists. * Operate and maintain radiotherapy equipment, ensuring its proper functioning. * Monitor patients’ condition during treatment and provide emotional and physical support. * Ensure accurate documentation of all treatments administered. * Comply with established radiation safety and protection protocols. * Collaborate interdisciplinarily with the medical team to ensure optimal patient care. **Requirements:** * University degree in Radiotherapy or related field. * Up-to-date **POE Certification (Radiation Protection in Radiotherapy Use)**. * Minimum 3 years of experience in radiotherapy (preferred). * Proficiency in operating radiotherapy equipment and treatment techniques. * **Elekta MONACO software training** (desirable but not mandatory). * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Excellent attention to detail and empathy toward patients. * Valid certification issued by health authorities. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary and statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * A dynamic and professional work environment.
