With a dynamic and passionate team, we strive to exceed expectations in every interaction.** Job Description As an Operations Supervisor at Ride 4 Fun, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations of the children's cart rental island, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality service for customers. You will ensure proper vehicle maintenance and operation, compliance with safety regulations, and optimal team performance. Your responsibilities will include process organization, team management, resource optimization, and ensuring achievement of objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our office in Colima, COL. Requirements Prior experience in team supervision and management, successfully performing a leadership role. Knowledge of operations and operational management, with the ability to optimize processes and maximize efficiency. Analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions based on metrics and results. Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with the team and other departments. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, pay attention to detail, and proactively resolve problems. Availability to travel and work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Proactive, results-oriented attitude. Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with one weekday day off.
