Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Accounting Auditor to ensure regulatory compliance through comprehensive internal audits in key areas including IMSS, HR, and Finance. Key Highlights: 1. Join our team as: **Senior Accounting Auditor** **Objective:** Ensure regulatory compliance by conducting comprehensive internal audits in critical areas such as IMSS, Human Resources, Payroll, Administration, and Finance. **Responsibilities:** * Execute the Internal Audit Program reviews to assess compliance with established processes and policies. * Follow up on reports containing unsatisfactory findings to ensure relevant departments resolve identified issues. * Support departments affected by misconduct and collaborate closely with Legal, HR, Administration, and Commercial teams. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Training courses on IMSS regulations, Federal Labor Law, and Social Security * Financial Information Standards (NIF) and Auditing Standards (NIA) * Advanced-level Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP email) * Advanced Excel skills * Risk-based auditing and internal control (COSO) **Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and results-oriented approach * Effective communication and negotiation skills * High professional ethics and confidentiality * Analysis and decision-making abilities **We Offer:** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Monthly gross salary: $24,500 – $28,000 * 7% Savings Fund contribution * $1,300 monthly food vouchers * Cafeteria subsidy * Funeral expense insurance Work Modality: On-site Schedule: Monday–Friday: Office hours Location: Venustiano Carranza, CDMX — 5 minutes from San Lázaro metro station "At MOBILITY ADO, our full recruitment and selection processes are free of charge for candidates, and under no circumstances will deposits be requested at any stage of the process, including during hiring."
