This role is based in the Chapter Customer Support, a department focused on ensuring the functionality and reducing downtime of our instruments, enabling us to contribute to the success of the new organizational model and agile working frameworks of Roche Diagnostics Mexico. **The Opportunity:** * You perform scheduled (installations and preventive maintenance) and corrective technical service activities. * You ensure instrument functionality and reduce downtime due to failures of Roche marketed instruments. * You review procedures and actions defined by global (GCS) and local Chapter Customer Support guidelines. * You carry out instrument installations/removals and field actions. * You contribute your agile, innovative, and collaborative mindset to the organization's success, always focusing on the customer. **Who You Are:** * You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field. * You have at least 2 years of experience in field service as a service engineer in the medical devices and/or clinical laboratory field. * You have essential knowledge in equipment installation, diagnosis and troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic failures, and software (SW) updates. * You demonstrate technical and business skills, along with excellent communication abilities. * You have an intermediate level of English. **Preferences:** * 2 or more years of customer service experience. * Experience in overseas training and handling service documentation (manuals). **This position does not include relocation benefits and has a preferred candidate.** Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
