Ensure the profile and hiring of the sales force to enable rapid ramp-up. 11. Ensure training and certification of the sales force in the assigned zone. 12. Develop and execute commercial and marketing sales activities in the assigned zone. 13. Analyze competition to understand advantages and disadvantages regarding presence, offerings on new commercial initiatives, commission schemes, etc. 14. Analyze reports by route, chain, and PoS in the assigned zone.
