We invite you to contribute your skills and build your career path within this outstanding team! **What Are We Looking For?** * We seek a Technical Support specialist whose primary objective is to assist the Systems Leader by delivering on\-site and off\-site technical support to the four domestic offices. The Technical Support specialist will implement and administer computer-related tasks through requirement analysis, problem resolution, and hardware and software installation. **What Are the Main Responsibilities?** * Provide first-level support—remotely or in person—to internal users by resolving issues related to PCs, networks, mobile telephony devices, printers, and applications. * Generate and monitor service tickets in queue. * Monitor emails received by the IT department and process them promptly and accurately. * Assist with system onboarding for new users. **What Are the Requirements?** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (intern or graduate). * Service-oriented mindset. * Advanced English language proficiency (interview will be conducted in English; candidates who do not meet this requirement are kindly requested not to apply, as English will be used daily for communication). * Three to five years of relevant work experience. * Full availability to comply with the stated working hours. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday / 8:00\-18:00 hrs. * 100% on-site work arrangement. **Work Location** * Avenida 5 de Febrero, Querétaro. **What Do We Offer?** * Monthly gross salary of $25,000°° to $26,000°°. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements after the training period. **If you are interested in developing your career at an industry-leading transportation company and fully meet the profile, apply through this channel.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $25,000\.00 \- $26,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
